Ninja Manual is a text written from experience. It doesn't aim to be a definitive statement or develop any theory. It's feminism in practice, with its contradictions, its ups and downs, its mistakes and its successes.

The author uses her own experiences to envision and advocate for a ninja-like attitude. Through the examination of three everyday situations familiar to everyone, the author uncovers strategies for emotional resilience and feminist and anti-patriarchal struggle.
